If Jessica Lall why Not Bhaiyyalal?

Jessica Lall through a movement got justice after 6 rigorous years. A movement taken up by her sister, the media, then the citizens backed by some celebrity... which then got converted into 'Judicial Acivism'. This forced the 'sleeping judiciary' to take some action and AT LAST we saw the result-'Convction Of Manu... Manu Sharma' along with his partners. Good Job.

But What About Bhaiyyalal??? The lone suvivor in the Khairlanji Massacre. Incident happened on 29th Sept. 2006, 47 detained + 5 police officials + local politicians, convited- ZERO; to this date!!! Just detaining & remanding them dosen't mean they are convicted. Till the time the are not given any kind of punishment there is always a chance that they can move scott free by using power. Moreover we all know the greatness of India's memory power... Primarily many of them do not know what excatly Khairlanji is, next they just shrugg their shoulders showing that they care a damn... and all sorts of 'who cares' attitude being shown...

Why is this happening? Simple reason. Bhaiyyalal is poor, educated but dosen't know how to empower himself to convert his case into a movement. Why? Low resources, no help from the media, neither from his village (which is next to impossible!!!) nor from the urban population.

Bhaiyyalal can be a movement... Yes. How? Just by grabbing the attention of the media towards Bhaiyyalal, ensuring urban population with rural population supporting, helping him to get justice at the earliest. Signature Campaigns, SMS Campaigns, Sporadic/Non-Sporadic Silent Protests can really help Bhaiyyalal get justice.

Getting Justice is the 1st step.
The next step is the most important one...'Sensitising the Upper Caste about the Lower, Marginalised Sections of the Society.
'Elevating the Socio Status Of the Lower, Marginalised Sections of our Country.
'Then Empowering them with the right kind of Education, which would indirectly ensure good Economical status. This would ensure greater access to information, knowledge, empowering them and keeping them at par with the general society at large.

Only and Only then we can ensure that there are no more Bhaiyyalal's in the country.

What we have done? We at 'Dneyam', NGO have taken signature campaign(1713 signatures in total) and have sent it to the President Of India. This was even covered by Hindustan Times' 'Horizon' supplement on 20th Dec. 2006.

Lets Convert Bhaiyyalal Into A Movement....
